    Dr. Wilson has been the President of South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, a science and engineering research university in Rapid City, South Dakota since 2013.  Prior to being named President, Dr. Wilson served in the U.S. House of Representatives representing New Mexico’s first district from 1998-2009. Dr. Wilson served on the National Security Council Staff at the White House under President George H.W. Bush. She also previously worked as a senior advisor to several large scientific and defense companies.  She is a Director of  Peabody Energy, a publicly-traded and global coal company, where she serves on the Audit Committee, as well as the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Dr. Wilson brings an educational background and a wealth of experience in a variety of domestic and global issues that pertain to Raven’s technology and markets.

      Mr. Wickersham was appointed General Manager for the Aerostar Division in November 2015. He started at Raven Aerostar in 2010 as the Director of Product Development and Engineering Manager. Prior to that Wickersham held a range of engineering and operational roles with various technology companies and also earned an MBA from Colorado State University. During his time at Raven, Wickersham has been instrumental in leading several key projects and initiatives, including Project Loon.

        Mr. Brazones was named Raven’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in December 2014. In his role, he leads Raven’s Finance, Accounting, and IT organizations. Brazones earned a BSBA in Economics from the USD School of Business and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to joining Raven, Brazones held a variety of positions with H.B. Fuller Company. Most recently, he served as H.B. Fuller’s Americas Finance Director; formerly, he served as the Assistant Treasurer and the Director of Investor Relations. Prior to his tenure with H.B. Fuller, Brazones held various roles at Northwestern Growth.

        Mr. Andringa was named the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vermeer Corporation, Pella, Iowa on November 1, 2015. Prior to that, he was President of Forage and Environmental Solutions for the Vermeer Corporation, Pella, Iowa. The Vermeer Corporation manufactures equipment for the construction, agriculture, surface mining, forestry and landscaping industries and serves markets around the world. Prior to his current role in the company, Mr. Andringa also served as Vice President for Dealer Distribution and Global Accounts and was based in the Netherlands while serving as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He brings a strong understanding of manufacturing and operations and substantial experience in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Vermeer, Mr. Andringa was a staff engineer for four years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he applied his Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. In addition to his board membership for a number of Vermeer subsidiaries, Mr. Andringa also serves on the Board of Advisors for Camcraft and the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy of Iowa. Mr. Andringa's educational and professional background qualifies him to serve as director and provides valuable business and strategic insight to the board.

            Ms. Herseth Sandlin joined Raven in August 2012. Prior to joining Raven, Ms. Herseth Sandlin was a Partner at OFW Law in Washington, D.C. from 2011 - 2012 and served as South Dakota's lone member of the United States House of Representatives from 2004-2011.

              Ms. Matthiesen began at Raven in September 2010 as Director of Administration and brought 18 years of government contracting experience through her work with the Department of the Interior's U.S. Geological Survey and the Department of Defense. Matthiesen was named Vice President of Human Resources in April 2012. Prior to joining Raven, Matthiesen was a Human Resource Manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). During her tenure at Raven, Matthiesen led the effort to implement a Human Resources Information System, modernize the company’s policies and procedures, and redevelop the job classification structure. Most recently, Matthiesen has also modernized the company's performance review process, establishing a Quarterly Performance Management system.

                Mr. Schmidt was appointed Vice President and General Manager for the Engineered Films Division in February 2012. He joined Raven in 1995 in the Applied Technology Division performing leadership roles in manufacturing and engineering. He transitioned to Engineered Films Division in September 2011 as Manufacturing Manager.

                    Division Vice President and General Manager - Applied Technology Division

                    Mr. Meyer was named Vice President and General Manager for the Applied Technology Division in May 2015. He started at Raven in 2010 as Chief Information Officer and Head of Facilities. As CIO, Brian revamped the IT infrastructure and successfully implemented a general ledger system. Before joining Raven, Meyer spent 13 years as an operations and information technology executive for the health insurance industry and 12 years as a VP of Systems Development in the property casualty insurance industry.
